Prof. Dr. Reinald Brunner

He headed the Neuroorthopedics Department at the University Children's Hospital in Basel and its associated gait laboratory. "I consider it absolutely essential that we understand normal walking and muscular control. Only with this knowledge can we also understand the processes that occur in gait disorders. In describing normal walking, I have based my analysis not on the electromyogram—that is, muscle activity—but on muscle strength. This allows for a better assessment of the nature of muscle activity and its significance."

Lots of details, comprehensive information
It's great that you can review the material as often as you like! If you don't work in the gait lab all the time, your knowledge of some topics might be only superficial—this course is a good way to refresh or supplement your knowledge.

Exciting, educational, and diverse
The course managed to explain this complex subject matter to me in a way I could understand, even though, as an engineer, I'm not exactly part of the course's target audience. I especially liked the various audiovisual tools used in the course and the care that went into designing it. Many thanks to the Foxstudy team!

The course was very intensive; it took me more than 5 hours to complete, and it really helped me understand the material.
I love studying at home and being able to set my own schedule
